How can I order?
You can easily post your order on the Purchase Order Form which you will find on the left-hand side of our Start-Page (Home-page????) (You can click here) Alternatively you can use our Internetshop.
Of course you can also place your order by phone under +43 6245 83 282.
How high are the forwarding charges?
Starting from an order sum of € 100,-- within Austria and Germany delivery is free of charge via DHL Express Service.
For all other European countries we will make enquiries as to the best form of forwarding fr you. For this reason we require information on your postal code.
How can I pay?
Proof shows that our company has existed for more than 35 years and we intend to keep on working to the full satisfaction of our customers for the next 35 years.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible we do not accept credit cards. At the same time many customers are decidedly against credit card invoicing.
We supply our products against pre-payment to our bank account and with a "Thank You" from us we will give you a lot of pleasure.
Within Austria cash on delivery with a surcharge of € 5,-- is possible.
We would be glad to hear about your proposals for payment.

How long are delivery times?
We try to deliver the goods on order within five working-days. Should any longer delivery times be expected we will of course inform you.
What do I have to do if the mill or the flaker is not suitable?
Just let us know as soon as possible (phone call or mail). At our expense we will arrange for DHL to pick the mill or other products up.
Your pre-payment will of course be immediately transferred back to you.
