Today I am going to tell you about my best of all muesli recipes: The Salzburger Breakfast Muesli:
Use 2 tbs. wheat-, millet-, barley-grains, rice, rye, oats or buckwheat.
Freshly crush the grains you have chosen the night before (this can be done with all types of Salzburger Grain Mills – from the largest to the smallest mill). Add as much water as necessary to saturate the mass. There should be no excess water, cover and leave to soak over night. In the morning add some lemon juice and honey (some linseed can be recommended, too) and then add whatever else you fancy. You can choose between: different kinds of fruit, dried fruit (leave to soak over night) nuts, cream, raisins, curds.
Change your ingredients as often as possible to make your muesli as different as possible. Do not use any denaturized products (juices, syrup, stewed fruit, jam, chocolate, cocoa or sugar).
This breakfast is filling and increases your performance without burdening your organs.
A freshly grated apple mixed with a little lemon juice makes your muesli light and fluffy and tasty.
