Mill Size
The right mill size??
That depends on the question of how much flou for how much time you need.
100 Gramm milling capacity per minute is usually sufficient for up to 4 persons.
For singles and beginners as well as smaller families: MINI MAX, MAXI or our natural stone mill Carina.
For larger families we recommend: MAX with corundum.ceramic milling mechanism or with natural stone: Salzburger Grain Mill MT 5 or MT12.
